Tengovandu Kandetu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Stellenbosch (SA), among various qualifications in Business Computing and IT. He is an Executive Coach and Author.

Tengovandu is a certified NLP Practitioner and also holds an Advanced Life Coach Certificate (endorsed by the International Coaches Register). He is currently enrolled to complete a Professional Business, Life Coach, Mentorship and Neuroscience Certificate (SAQA Accredited, NQF Level 5) with the VIP Leadership and Strategic Coaching and Mentoring Institute.
